| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Workspace | Your top-level account. It owns your feeds, contributors, branding, billing, AI keys, and integrations. |
| Feed | A single publishable channel with its own public URL, branding, sources, queue, leads, and settings. |
| Post | A single item in a feed. Two types: Event and Info. |
| Card | How a post looks to readers: full-screen portrait media, tags, title, date and location pills, and a CTA. |
| Queue | The review inbox for a feed. Imported items and contributor submissions land here as pending until you approve them. |
| Source | An automated connection (like an Eventbrite page) that syncs on a schedule and drops new items into your Queue. |
| Lead | A captured email address, recorded with the post that triggered it. |
| Contributor | An account you invite (a local business, sponsor, or partner) so it can submit posts to your feeds. |
| Hub | Your public directory page listing all your feeds. |
| Sponsor slot | The persistent "Want to be featured here?" card in every feed. It is ad space and the contributor sign-up funnel in one. |
| Promotion | A post elevated in the feed: pinned, recurring, or both. Managed on each feed's Promotions page. |
| Pinned | A promoted post that always appears first in the feed. Multiple pinned posts form an ordered block at the top. |
| Recurring | A promoted post that reappears every N cards as readers scroll (minimum every 2, default every 6). |
