Anatomy of the post editor

The editor keeps a live preview on the right the whole time, with toggles for post view versus social view and desktop versus mobile.

Content

Post type (Event or Info), title, category, and description. This tab also holds the Unlock Details copy shown when a post is gated, and the sponsor card copy. The sponsor card applies to the whole feed and is edited here for convenience: look for Manage this sponsor card.

Details

The when and where: date, start and end time, location name, and address. Also the call to action: pick a preset button label or write a custom one, and set the button URL. Leave the URL empty to hide the button.

Visual

Upload a portrait image or a short video, or generate an image with AI. See Add media and generate AI images.

Social

Override the title, description, and image that appear when the card is shared on social platforms. See Control how cards look when shared.

Promotion

Two independent toggles turn a post into a promotion. Pin to top always shows the post first in the feed. Recurring makes it reappear every N cards as readers scroll (minimum 2, default 6), with an optional start/end schedule and time zone. See Promote posts: pinned and recurring for the full guide.
