Manage contributors and permissions
Control which contributors post where, what they can do, and how their setup page looks.
Workspace → Contributors is your control panel for everyone who posts to your feeds.
Contributors tab
See each account's status (Active or Invited), how many feeds it can access, its permissions (submit and edit), submission counts, and last activity. Adjust any of it per contributor.
Requests tab
Inbound requests from the public Post here flow land here for approval.
Customization tab
Design the contributor setup page: the title (with a {name} merge tag), a description, and an optional welcome video from YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom. A live preview shows both the setup and thank-you screens.
Keep "Require approval for submissions" on until a contributor earns trust. You can relax it per feed later.
